A few years back, I seemed to have it all but inside I felt utterly miserable. I was white-knuckling life, desperately clinging to control to try to get through each day.
I turned to spirituality to find answers and was amazed at psychics who could access my spirit guides and give accurate, helpful guidance. But I never seemed to be able to connect, no matter how hard I tried.
I thought I just couldn’t do it. I thought I wasn't "one of those people" who got to have a direct line to Spirit.
Because I was still in "control mode," I couldn't hear a thing. My connection was clouded by the fear and my need for safety and control.
When I finally learned how to surrender in a way that felt safe to me, I started to finally sense my spirit guides. That's when my life really started to change.
